State mandated minimum payment per week: If 66 2/3 percent of worker's weekly wage is less than $126, the worker receives $126.

State mandated maximum payment per week: If 66 2/3 percent of the worker's weekly wage is greater than $490, the worker receives $490.

 

Permanent disability

State mandated minimum payment per week: If 66 2/3 percent of worker's weekly wage is less than $126, the worker receives $126.

State mandated maximum payment per week: If 66 2/3 percent of the worker's weekly wage is greater than $490, the worker receives $490.
